FAQs

Do you keep all colours and material in stock?

We aren’t able to keep all colours of all materials in stock at all times. If we don’t have the colour/material that you’d like we’ll happily order it in, but it might add a few days onto the turn around time.

How do you ship/deliver?

We currently only ship to the UK, via Royal Mail. As a standard we use Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Are there any requirements for models to be 3D printed?

Yes! The main thing things that limit a models ability to be 3D printed are bridges and overhangs, but there are plenty of other things to bear in mind. This article is worth a read if you are new to modeling for 3D printing: https://wikifactory.com/+wikifactory/stories/ultimate-guide-how-to-design-for-3d-printing

When providing a quote we will review the model to ensure it will be printable, and will work with you to make sure it comes out right.

Do you do any post processing on the 3D printed parts?

We remove any support material used to support overhangs/bridges. We do not provide other post processing such as sanding.
